After decades of witnessing—and experiencing for ourselves—the numerous ways in which pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) extort our nation's healthcare system and harm patients, pharmacy providers, and payers in the process—all in the name of PROFIT—we have reached a breaking point.

Our mission is to EDUCATE, ENGAGE, and ENRAGE the public about PBM abuse. To raise awareness of the practices through which PBMs manipulate American healthcare. To establish a platform where individuals who have been impacted by this issue can safely share their stories. To gather data that will help convince legislators and other key stakeholders that PBM reform needs to be a priority NOW. To fight for all patients who, like Cole Schmidtknecht (2002-2024), have paid the ultimate price of PBM abuse.
